Sitel MAXhub La Union recently participated in a medical mission organized by the San Fernando City Government.

Held on December 15, 17, and 20, 2020 and January 4, 2021, the Task Force UMISU (Umay Mangted iti Sumbat) Medical Mission was held to immediately address problems by disenfranchised communities in the city. The activity was held in four barangays (villages), namely: Nagyubuyuban, Masicong, Sacyud, and Cabarsican.

During the four-day event, Sitel gave away food supplements, including: 5,000 tablets of Vitamin C; 3,300 tablets of Vitamin B1, B6 and B12; and 1,600 tablets of Calcium Carbonate.

MAXhub La Union’s participation was spearheaded by Ian Zafra, Vice President for Operations at Sitel Baguio, and Anee Laxamana, Senior Manage, Finance Planning & Analysis.

Besides Sitel, other socio-civic groups also donated goods and provided services, such as La Union Medical Society, La Union Dental Association, La Union Medical Representatives, and Golden Silver Promotions.
