Sitel® Academy, a pioneering free BPO upskilling program initiated by Sitel® Philippines, has evolved into a formidable skills development program for near-hires, far-hires, students, opportunity-deprived and differently abled individuals. It aims to minimize skills shortages and focus on training skills that are in demand for different verticals. Its curricula focuses on well-rounded skills, touching on both technical and non-technical core skills such as BPO fundamentals, communications, empathic listening, and logical thinking.
Our program has been awarded the 2018 People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) People Program of the Year, recognized for providing an inclusive and learner-focused training environment for Filipinos.
How does Sitel® Academy work?
Sitel® Academy is open for applicants who may have challenges in their language assessments. This program is FREE of charge and allowances may also be given to joiners.
The focus of the training is to enhance language skills through a comprehensive program, conducted by seasoned trainers and experts from Sitel® Philippines. The duration of the training depends on different factors, but typically it lasts for two weeks. After the program, we will run another language assessment for our students, and depending on the results, our recruitment team will program them for interviews on our hiring accounts.
